Services received before your TimCare Flex coverage begins
These services are not covered by TimCare Flex, but may be covered by your prior plan if you were enrolled in one. Any claims for services received before your TimCare Flex coverage begins should be submitted to your prior plan administrator.
Services received once your TimCare Flex coverage begins
The easiest way to file a claim is online using Canada Life’s GroupNet for Plan Members website or the GroupNet mobile app. To file a claim, you need to register on the GroupNet for Plan Members website and also enrol for direct deposit, so reimbursements can be transferred electronically to your bank account.

You can also file a claim by filling out a paper form and mailing it to Canada Life. Claim forms along with instructions and mailing information can be found on the GroupNet for Plan Members site.
If you have an HSA account, you’ll receive a Health Solutions Plus Visa card. You can use this card to pay for any eligible expenses, up to the maximum amount of your remaining HSA balance. If you use the card, no claims filing is necessary.
If you do purchase an eligible service or product without using the card, you can visit the GroupNet for Plan Members site to file a claim electronically or to download a claim form which you can complete and mail to Canada Life.
